Careful Where You Click: Fake File Sharing & Photo Processing Notifications are Spreading

Over the last couple of weeks, I have noticed a major spike in fake file sharing & social photo processing emails containing links to
viruses.  Please pay special attention to what you are clicking on, especially while on your home computers.  A few examples of these malicious emails can be found below.

Here, the scammer is using a fake file sharing name of “SkyDrive” which sounds legitimate enough, but is extremely dangerous.
This one is a fake video upload confirmation from a fake social site.  Again, they look legitmate enough if you are not careful.
Similar to the video confirmation, here we have a fake facebook photo upload confirmation.

The list and tactics are always changing, so pay extra special care when clicking ANY link in an email. Skyen customers are protected from these messages in their corporate inboxes, but personal accounts are the real target.  If you think you may have clicked on one of these fake links, please reach out to our support team immediately.
