How to set a static IP on a Microsoft Windows workstation
  1. Log into the workstation via RMM tool.
  2. Navigate to Start > Control Panel >  Network and Sharing > Change adapter settings.
  3. Right click LAN adapter > Properties
  4. Right click Internet Protocol Version 4 > Properties
  5. Click Use following IP address:
  6. Enter IP address: 192.168.0.xxxx
  7. Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
  8. Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
  9. Preferred DNS: 192.168.0.13
  10. OK, close
